Let's Ski Like It's 1992

Yesterday it was a blistering 65 degrees at snowbird. We decided to pull out our spring skiing clothes. We also decided to pretend it was 1992 again. With our new ski "outfits" we each made a new identity for ourselves. I'd like to introduce them to you...

This is Anneli she's from Sweden and came to the U.S. for her spring break she's headed to Arches, Zions, Vegas, then LA but wanted to stop in for a nice ski day in the Wasatch Mountains.

This is Billy he's from Austin Texas and has only seen snow a handful of times in his life. He decided he should probably wear his motorcycle jacket to hit the slopes, he also decided he'd try out tele skis. Billy is intense like that. His friends call him the flying eagle.

This is Mia she's from Santa Fe, she's an artist which means she also wears her art on the slopes. aka the tie dye she created last week.

This is John he's from Connecticut he's going to school at the University of Utah JUST so he could enjoy all of the "epic" Utah snow while he's still in his college years. He's majoring in general studies and is generally missing class to hit the slopes. He's a classic collegiate. He learned to ski at Deer Valley.

You can only imagine how crazy a ski day would be with such an eclectic group.

Spending a day looking back at 1992 was great:

This is just a bonus...
